We're finishing out our little three-part Ecuador experiment with perhaps the best lot of Caturra I've ever tasted. Sometimes coffee is just good. Like, really good. This is one of those times. Grace Morales' lot of washed Caturra tastes like tropical fruit, creamy cocoa butter, and complex spice. I don't even really know what else to say about this coffee. It's just so good. You should buy it. Or don't. But if you don't, you'll be missing out on one of the best coffees we're going to offer this year. Yeah, yeah. I know it's early in the year and I'm making a bold claim, but trust me. Go ahead and see for yourself.
