A few years ago when Will came back from Ethiopia with coffee selections for that year, his notes were pretty indecipherable, but one coffee, Harbegona, stood out from the others because it had exclamation points and stars all over the page. Harbegona is back this year, and it's better than ever! Smallholder farmers from Sidama harvest at some of the highest elevations in the country, and then bring their cherry to the Rumudamo washing station just outside the town of Harbegona. This coffee is jam-packed with the flavors we love from Ethiopia—florals, citrus, black tea. There's no fear of this coffee aging out on us either, as it was shipped to us on a refrigerated container and went straight into the freezer when it arrived stateside.
